Human Resources Operations Manager, South Asia (6 Months Contract)

The HR Operations Manager, South Asia will provide Human Resources functional expertise to support the alignment of business objectives of Asia Region of transformation project, covers full round HR operations for China, Hong Kong, India and Singapore and transitional support to Japan and Korea. Anticipating Human Resources related needs with a strong focus on HR Operations, Compensations and Benefits, Employment and Recruitment. Build partnerships across the HR team to deliver value added service to employees that reflect objectives of the organization.


  • Support Head of HR Asia to implement HR operations and HR processes
  • Support transitional needs n related to transformation and take ownership on all HR local needs in HR Operations.
  • Handle and manage process and questions/situations concerning employment, employee benefits, mobility service, leave programs, salary/wages, payroll, HRIS, company and HR policies, recruiting, employment, onboarding, HR legal compliance and documentation.
  • Analyze for HR metrics and produce regular reporting
  • Support managers in making informed HR decisions and effectively solving problems by leveraging a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Dissemination and implementation of adequate human capital best practices, HR related policies, practices, and procedures for assigned functional groups in order to maximize strategic priorities and imperatives 
  • Delivery of best talent for Stratasys in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate commitment to Stratasys core values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and attend all safety trainings related to the job.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:-

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience from Hong Kong and 2 years from multinational companies at Manager Level or in capacity of HR Shared Services or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Previous experience acquired from fast paced and pressure environment is required
  • Bachelor’s degree with HR Certification and HR related qualification is a plus
  • Detail oriented, organize and agile
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key principles and practices of HR functional knowledge
  • Detailed knowledge of China employment laws/regulations. Working knowledge of Hong Kong and other Asia countries will be a plus.
  • Expected to maintain professional growth & develop through seminars, workshops and professional affiliation to stay abreast of current laws and trends in field of HR
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing and building relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Strong in analytical skills, ability to produce HR metrics
  • Proficient with HR information systems and Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint). Proficient with SuccessFactor an advantage
  • Fluent and proficient in reading English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
