Responsibilities

  • To be a team member of Human Resources Department on contract terms for 2 years.
  • To collaborate with various stakeholders on the implementation of HR projects and initiatives from gathering user requirements, functional analysis, user acceptance tests, documentation and post release maintenance.
  • To oversee defect management on HR systems to be implemented and coordinate with IT Department and support vendors.
  • To devise system rollout and communication plans for various stakeholders.
  • To drive HRIS initiatives and projects by leveraging IT for effective and efficient HR services delivery including operations review and process re-design.
  • To participate in ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • University graduate in Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and HRIS support, of which at least 2 years at managerial level; exposure to banking sector an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM/PeopleSoft is highly preferred.
  • Proactive, mature, organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined and professionalism.
  • Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in advanced usage of Microsoft Office and data query language.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
