Human Resources Specialist (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a wide range of C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management etc.
  • Assist in implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the HRIS project to meet the legal and business requirements
  • Assist in annual salary review, bonus exercise, salary surveys and other rewards projects
  • Formulate and compile Human Resources related analysis reports for management review
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Information Technology or business related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience with solid C&B experience in handling payroll and administrate employee’s benefits from a sizable company
  • Experience in Human Resources Management System planning and implementation is advantageous
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices and HRMS management
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-minded with high sensitivity to numbers
  • A mature and proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
