Human Resources Specialist (Employee Services & Engagement)

Scope of Duties: 

  • Prepare, translate and distribute communication materials, including but not limited to company notice, feature stories, event video via intranet and app
  • Manage and maintain the internal communication platforms such as intranet, app, televisions etc.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement programmes and annual company events
  • Compile management reports, statistical analysis, and presentations on different initiatives
  • Lead or participate in various HR and ad hoc projects as required
  • Provide services of employees’ benefits and other related HR services
  • Lead or perform other operational duties as assigned


  • Degree holder in Digital Communications /Language Studies/HR or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee communications, marketing communications or related fields preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in photo or video editing tools is an advantage
  • Good in numbers, analytical and presentation skills
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Human Resources Executive (Employee Services & Engagement)
