Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR support in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR projects and etc.
  • Drive recruitment process by screening and interviewing candidates to facilitating interview process and develop candidate pipeline in order to attract, retain and motivate qualified candidates to join the company.
  • Provide support in staff enquiry, exit process, visa application, staff development & internal transfer.
  • Implement and administer HR policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance to all stipulated legal requirements
  • Keep abreast with current labor laws, governmental compliance, company policies, benefit trends, and make sure the total package stays competitive 
  • Prepare and update various related reports and personnel record.
  • Support HR projects including employee survey, staff communication, company open day and etc.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • High proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • 2 years of human resources experience, and well versed in HK Labour Law
  • Diligent, responsible, people oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency PC knowledge in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
