The Job:

  • Review and write up of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment and talent management
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration including payroll and MPF / ORSO Scheme administration
  • Involve in HR Information System (SAP Success Factor) enhancement project
  • Provide secretarial support to HR management

The person:

  • University Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Over 5 years of Human Resources experience in talent management and C&B functions, preferably gained from IT or service industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, extensive Excel (Lookup and Pivot Table), Office 365, SharePoint and web-based applications
  • Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Excellent in writing skill in both English and Chinese
