To cope with the business expansion of I.T, high calibre candidates are invited to fill the following position:-

Human Resources Supervisor - Recruitment (REF:CT-IT-HRS)


Accountabilities – Key Result Areas 

  • Be part of the Recruitment & Staffing team to manage and assist one-stop recruitment activities for corporate office
  • Work closely with business and brand heads to source and identify and retain talents for appropriate manpower plan business needs
  • Assist ongoing enhancement of recruitment channels and cost effective recruitment strategies
  • Initiate employer branding programs 
  • Involve in corporate staffing projects and other strategic human resources initiatives

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR or business related disciplines
  • With at least 5-6 years of solid recruitment experience, hiring from junior to management positions preferably from an in-house environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Mature, self motivated, result oriented
