Your responsibilities include but not limited to::

  • Plan, organise and direct overall hygiene and safe food handling operations 
  • Conduct daily walk thru to set standards of hygiene in food production areas and all Food & Beverage operating area
  • Liaise closely with Restaurants, Bars & Events team and Kitchen Team for new methods of good hygiene practice and safe food handling
  • Ensure safe hygiene practices are managed well by the respective colleagues

  • Minimum 2 years related experience, hotel background is preferred
  • Hygiene certificate is required
  • Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication Skills
