Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder in food safety/food science or other related discipline
  • Hygiene Manager or similar certification is required
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in the Catering/Hospitality field
  • Experience in quality assurance systems(HACCP) with internal auditor qualification is a MUST
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
