  • Perform general reception duties, including handing phone calls, greeting and serving visitors
  • Support daily office operation, including opening door, stationary ordering
  • Manage conference room reservation, keep booking record updated & maintenance
  • Responsible for general administrative duties and clerical support
  • Outdoor work is required, including post office, banks, supermarket
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned



  • DSE graduate or above
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, cheerful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • A team player, energetic, responsible, reliable, hard-working and detailed-oriented

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
