Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales, marketing plans and strategies for new business
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales manager to achieve company’s targets
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities
  • Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
  • Maintain and establish excellent relationship with customers, vendors and partners

 

Requirement:

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in leading a sales team with proven track record
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, mature with strong organizational and supervisory skills
  • Strong determination and persistence to achieve sales targets
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
