This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediate available and wanting to join a fast paced and professional fast growing company.

They look for a Temp Receptionist required for a 3-month temporary role to cover holiday and potentially turn to permanent for a Admin Assistant position after contract end. This position requires an experienced Receptionist who has previously worked on a switchboard and is professional and presentable in appearance.

We are looking for a bright, hard working individual who enjoys being part of a team. You will be well presented and confident talking to senior individuals. You will have excellent attention to details and at least 2 years Corporate reception experience.

  • Manage the Reception Desk
  • Keeping the reception area immaculate
  • Answering all phone calls and transferring as necessary
  • Keeping contact lists up to date and circulating as necessary
  • Meeting and greeting clients, offering and providing beverages
  • Booking meetings and ordering lunches for all day meetings
  • Arranging couriers
  • 2 years receptionist work experience in corporate environment
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential and a proactive and professional approach to your work will be valued
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Immediate available preferred
