What are your responsibilities?

  • Ensure the provision of professional, timely and accurate migration advice and assistance to clients regarding visa options and other related immigration matters
  • Lead the immigration team to maintain quality and promptness of service delivery
  • Manage any service failures or client escalations by doing complete research; including timeline of events, summary and action plan
  • Operational support to achieve relevant KPI’s
  • Ensure team\'s data is uploaded accurately and timely by conducting random and scheduled audits of the database
  • Provide relevant support to financial management, including client billing

What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder of related disciplines
  • 8 years of relevant working experience within professional immigration services
  • 3 years of management level experience
  • The ability to build and manage relationships with peers and senior management across the teams is essential.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
