In-house Project Manager/ Architect/ Surveyor

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project management of various projects and compile project specifications
  • Conduct feasibility study and analysis on property projects
  • Supervise and monitor projects to ensure high quality and keep within budgets and timelines
  • Perform on-site visits to check on project status and report on project
  • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
  • Manage portfolios of company properties and coordinate leasing and maintenance
  • Manage project acquisition and property development
  • Prepare project planning, scheduling, execution and supervision of our development projects in Hong Kong and overseas
  • Coordinate all project activities with government authorities, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties 
  • Conduct market research and analyse market trends to substantiate property valuation, marketing strategy and investment decision 
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as require

Requirements 

  • Degree in Architecture / Surveying or equivalent
  • Member of HKIA, HKIS or RICS or equivalent qualifications, preferably Authorized Person under the Building Ordinance
  • Min. 5 year’s experience (out of which at least 3 years shall be post-qualification experience) in the building construction industry preferably with developers or major consultants
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and strong market and business sense
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese and good command of English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
