In-house Recruiter (Luxury Fashion)

Our client is a leading luxury retail group. To cope with their expansion in Asia, they are looking for an in-house recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, presenting, offering, pre-employment screening and contract signing
  • Plan and organize recruitment day, manage the full logistics starting with candidate sourcing, phone screening, arranging interviews, assessing candidate and recommending to Maisons
  • Monitor and update recruitment related reports
  • Provide market intelligence to hiring managers and the HR team
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on the job requirement and fine-tune the search and selection
  • Provide general administrative support for recruitment daily operations

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years HR experience including solid experience in recruitment & selection, experience in luxury retail is preferred
  • Experienced in volume recruitment is preferred
  • Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in employment ordinance and other HR related legislations
