Inbound Sales Representative (Phone Centre)

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ financial needs in answering inbound calls and recommend Company products to them according to their needs (cold call is not required)
• Perform other administrative work (e.g. document the transaction) after closing sales
• Answer hotline service

Requirements

• Secondary education
• 1-2 years experience in performing hotline cross-selling or telesales duties, knowledge of personal loan products will be an added advantage
• Aggressive, good communication skills
   
• Working location: Phone Centre in Central
• Basic salary + commission
