JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Verifying, monitoring and reviewing all Hotel revenue reports and night audit reports.
2. Verifying, monitoring and reviewing all F&B revenue reports (Point-of-Sales System), if required.
3. Produce "Daily Revenue Report" for management (with Yesterday and MTH Hotel Revenue by outlets) - for Daily Morning Briefing
4. Summarize checking and posting the revenue to the general ledger on a daily basis.
5. Act as witness of daily cash counting (with the general cashier).
6. Perform daily income audit checking (include hotel rebates, discounts, etc.)
7. Monthly preparation of assigned ledger accounts breakdown.
8. Perform surprise cash inspections of house funds regularly to safeguard all hotel cash.

 

REQUIREMENT


1. Bachelor Degree, Associate Degree or diploma holder in Accounting.
2. Previous work experience in hotel income audit operations is required.
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
5. Proficient in Opera Property Management System (PMS) operations.
6. Good numerical sense and attention to details and accuracy.
7. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Good organizational skills
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to work under pressure.
11. Self-motivated & hardworking.
12. Responsible & reliable.
13. Team player.
