Industrial Engineering Officer

Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor KPI and support data analysis to develop process improvement plan for execution
  • Provide volume forecast to assist department management in determining operation plan update
  • Assist with time study analysis for frontline operations to re-engineer work processes when appropriate
  • Conduct auditing and control to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Develop reports and master operating plans
  • Any other ad hoc projects

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Logistics / Business Management / Engineering Discipline plus 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and numeric sense
  • Advanced computer skills is a MUST
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Self-driven, independent and ability to perform well under pressure
