Information Technology Services Centre

The appointee will work with a team of IT professionals to (a) support daily helpdesk operations, handle hotline calls and perform on-site technical support both on main campus and education centre in Mei Foo; (b) provide classroom support, including PC and AV facilities for online and hybrid teaching; (c) prepare PC imaging and cloning for staff and computer labs; (d) assist in the annual PC and printer replacement exercise; (e) work in shift hours; and (f) undertake other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a recognized degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent; (ii) a minimum of 3 years relevant hands-on experience in desktop and end user support; (iii) expertise in supporting and configuring end-user applications in client-side; (iv) practical skills in disk cloning and backup tools and Microsoft SCCM, etc; (v) solid experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and mobile devices; (vi) sound knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, disk imaging and desktop / application virtualization; (vii) a good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Candidates with less / more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
