Information Technology & Administrative Officer

Qualifications

1) Degree or diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines

2) At least two (2) years relevant working experience in IT and Administration

3) Good knowledge in Information Technology and data processing

4) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

5) Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement

6) Mature in nature, good communication, interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

7) Proactive, customer focused and business minded

Responsibilities

Information Technology & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the Business Resources Executive (BRE), is responsible for

a) acting as the IT Administrator of the Company and carrying out the duties as per IT Policy

b) performing the full spectrum of IT services such as hardware & software upgrade and replacement, renewal of software licenses, server & server account management, website management, etc.

c) monitoring the risk of cyber security of the Company and carrying out mitigation measures whenever necessary; providing cyber security training to all users of IT systems regularly

d) assisting in formulation and review of IT Policy, Administration Manual, Uniform Manual and other related procedures, rules & regulations

e) coordinating with the Company’s designated IT consultant

f) maintaining day-to-day IT and Administrative operations

g) monitoring the general administrative functions which consist of purchasing, facilities maintenance, utilities, office supplies, personnel related tasks, etc.

h) handling other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors and the Company
