- Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- With working experience in user support and system maintenance, preferably in hospitality industry
- Experience in technical and end-user support of Hotel System and Point-of-Sales System will be an advantage
- Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Window7/8 and Microsoft Office 2007/2008
- Sound knowledge in networking and server management e.g. TCP/IP, Windows Server 2003/2008 and Exchange 2003
- Knowledge in database management e.g. Oracle 8i/9i/10g or SQL Server 2000/2005
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
