Infrastructure Engineer - Financial Institution

Our client is a Top Tier Financial Institution with strong footprint across the Globe. The technology team is well established with little turnover and there is an additional permanent headcount for an Infrastructure Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for all technology equipment including Virtual and physical desktop, laptop, Mac, Printer, and Video Conference
  • Provide L1/L2 problem support, prioritization and fixing, collaborating with regional and global technology teams and local vendors
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows PC and server operating systems and enterprise collaboration tools
  • Project support for technology projects assisting project managers
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects assisting project managers
  • Provide incident support and problem management
  • Support enterprise mobile solutions

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
  • Structured and methodical in problem solving with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • A solid understanding of Windows 7/10, MS Office2010/2016
  • Local language knowledge and good command of English
