Infrastructure Officer / Network Engineer
Job MatcherJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and solve faults or problems, including operating systems, email application (O365) and network connection
- Perform server/network administration and configuration
- Support and maintain the stability of the IT back-end systems
- Manage data backup
- Documentation of configuration change
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Holder of Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of working experience of providing IT administration and support in enterprise infrastructure
- Experience in Windows AD, O365, VMware platform and Veeam Backup
- Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including firewall, network switch and server
- Have analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skill
- Working knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN is a plus
- Holder of MCSE / MCP /MCITP / CCNA preferred
- Knowledge of Construction will be an advantage
