  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • 2 years’ working experience in customer service field
  • Handle general enquiry from customer and responsible for pier operation, ferry deployment and ad hoc issues at piers
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills 
  • Proactive, customer-oriented & serving attitude in good manner 
  • 8 hours shift duty from 0600 hrs to 2400 hrs
