Job Summary:

Our client is currently seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Job Description:Responsibilities:

  • Implement insurance business strategies and plans to achieve company's targets
  • Monitor operational functions, insurance product assessment and clients' portfolio management
  • Oversee the team's performance and ensure all business activities to comply with insurance laws and regulatory requirements
  • Perform portfolio review and design, identify insurance products and provide professional insurance advice to the clients
  • Perform market research and statistics to keep the market development and trend
  • Conduct regular insurance product trainings to the sales team
  • Develop business network and maintain good relationship with business partners


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
  • A CE License holder under PIBA / CIB is a must
  • At least 8 years or above experience in financial products management with 5 years in Managerial levels
  • Sound knowledge in risk management and market trends on insurance and investment product
  • Good business development and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is a must
