Insurance Clerk / Officer (General Insurance)

Job Duties: 

  • Assist and support sales team in delivering excellent service to our client
  • With IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification will be advantages
  • Facilitate insurance service process between the clients & insurers by phone call or email

Jobs Requirements:

  • F.6 or above; 1 year office clerical experience but not essential
  • Good English; fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn
  • Provide quality customer service/ assist in policy issuing/ hotline service
  • Hard working, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skill
