The Requirements are:-

  • Responsible for providing administrative support the department such as insurance and claims documentation,  data entry, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Ensure all new claims are registered properly and promptly
  • Examine the claims documents for completeness of information and requirements
  • Keep close monitoring on development of claims files and take appropriate follow up actions
  • Prepare monthly claims analysis report for management review
  • F.5 or DSE graduated, with IIQE passed in paper 1 & 2 is an advantage but not essential 
  • At least 1 - 2 year's relevant experience in general insurance is preferable
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
