Working with insurance brokers, insurance companies, property valuers, and loss adjusters
Looking after the policy documents, endorsements, invoices and relevant information to ensure proper records
Assisting the establishment of internal processes for insurance activities
Ensuring the internal processes are strictly followed by user departments
Preparing any insurance reports and analysis to stakeholders as and when required
Other office administrative and ad hoc supporting duties for the Insurance Manager
University graduate with degree ideally in Insurance, risk management, governance or related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can work independently
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
