The role is to support business development of life insurance products through referrals from business channels in order to meet sales and business objectives. 

Job Description:

  • Explore new business opportunities for insurance products thru referrals from various business channels.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and personnel from business channels to generate sales.
  • Ensure the implementation of marketing initiatives and services according to regulatory requirements and company standard and expectation.
  • Participates in ad-hoc projects when required. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of experience in insurance front line and / or insurance sales support experience.
  • IIQE or equivalent with long term and investment linked products knowledge is required.
  • Strong exposure in new channel development in the market.
  • Pro-active, outgoing, customer-focused, target driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superb command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Putonghua).
  • Frequent travel to China will be required.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
