Responsibilities:

  • Conduct branch visit to banks to monitor sales activities of bank sales staff and develop sales strategies in achieving business targets
  • Provide guidance, coaching & training for front-line sales staff on selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Motivate bank sales staff to create more sales activities for life insurance selling at banks
  • Deliver a high standard of professional advice to branches in selling life insurance products
  • Handling bank’s matters & enquiries

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline(s)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling life insurance products
  • Able to work independently, strong self-motivation and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP 

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
