Integration Lead

The primary responsibility of the Integration Lead is to partner with the regional IT leads to implement and support integration processes and applications that enable business strategies and objectives.

About the Role:

  • Solution selection and vendor selection
  • Collects and organizes technical requirements for the integration workstream, and effectively translates business and IT needs into relevant and scalable solutions
  • Oversees the execution of all build phases of the integration workstream across multiple concurrent projects, with vendors primarily tasked to deliver
  • Executes and continuously enhances the support operating model for the regional BizTalk platform, which may include leveraging support services performed out of an offshore Shared Services Center
  • Acts as a partner/advisor to the IT domain heads and SMEs, recommending relevant integration approaches and solutions to meet current and future needs

About the Person:

  • At least 8+ years hands on experience in integration architecture design and delivery with successful implementation references
  • Proven experience with multiple integration platforms (middleware / ESBs) including a significant number of successful end-to-end project deliveries
  • Knowledge of working in hybrid environments (cloud / on-premise) with Azure and AWS experience recommended
  • Ability to effectively manage time and effort across multiple projects and workstreams, with a proven track record for project delivery
