The Department 

Our Interactive Services Department is responsible for the management of online interactive betting channels, including the web-based Online Betting Service (eWin) and the Mobile Betting Service (iPhone and Android betting apps), as well as the operations of various digital services like the Racing Touch and the HKJC TV Apps. These fast growing channels need to be closely monitored and enhanced to ensure customer's wagering experience can be delivered satisfactorily

You will

  • take lead in capacity monitoring of the above interactive betting channels, and provide estimate on the forthcoming changes per overall and individual capacity level
  • work with IT to deliver each year’s capacity changes, from budgeting, requirement confirmation to system implementation
  • recommend changes to system performance monitoring reports per new business situations
  • provide 2nd tier support in response to customer enquirie
  • translate system performance indicators into business perspective, particular on customer impacts
  • assist the team to consolidate each year’s system enhancement project list, and update Finance on changes required throughout the year

You should have

  • a degree in Business or Marketing with strong technology knowledge and experience in e-Business OR degree holder in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / E-Commerce with a keen business sense and ability to take the customers' viewpoint
  • preferably knowledge in Fintech / FPS technology / latest mobile technology like fingerprint and biometric login
  • at least 7 years relevant experience and have excellent project management skills and strong interest in e-Business
  • exposure to system infrastructure related projects, including network, VM, server expansion and relocation, firewall hardware and rule set up
  • energetic, creative and persistent personality in achieving results
  • excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese

For candidates with lesser experience, they will be considered for the post of Assistant Interactive Services Support Manager

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
