An interim HR Advisor role exists within an esteemed law firm to support the operation of their Hong Kong business, by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit.
This will be achieved through working closely with the Regional Head of HR to ensure that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR and to provide an advisory service to Partners and employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
You will work in close partnership with business heads on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management and development. You will also be accountable for managing staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing overall expectations of the firm.
The successful applicant will be commercially aware, have knowledge of HR policies and structures and will be exceptional at influencing stakeholders. You will work effectively within a team as well as on your own initiative.
Previous experience within a law firm or partnership model is preferred although not essential.
