Interim HR Officer, Generalist (6 Months Contract)

We are engaged with a global investment management firm on a HR Officer search to be based in Hong Kong. You will be supporting the HR team in overlooking end to end employee lifecycle for APAC business - including HR operations, recruitment, benefits, while coordinating with business heads and vendors.

Job Description

Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be working with the wider HR team on managing the full employee life cycle for the region. You will be responsible for HR operations such as on/off boarding, benefits administration, while maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity. You will also be supporting in recruitment, posting job ads, gathering feedback from internal clients while understanding business needs.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven calibre with minimum 2 years of generalist experience, preferably from financial industry. You should be Hong Kong based and comfortable working within a multinational environment - with high proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese. You must have excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience as a generalist support.
