Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-5 years of work experience handling CAD drawings for Commercial Interiors
  • Fluency communicating in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years work experience preparing creative concepts and full sets of drawings for commercial interiors (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, etc.)
  • Worked with a team including Project Manager, Senior Designer, Assistant Designer, and Account Manager
  • Attended school in an English-speaking country (e.g. USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand)
  • Immediate availability

Skills Necessary:

  • AutoCAD & SketchUp
  • Understanding of standard materials & sizes/dimensions
  • Ability to create and interpret 2D layouts (CAD) for interior spaces
  • Obsession with details and precision
  • Excellent time management
  • MS Word/Excel and/or Google Apps (Docs/Sheets/Drive)

Skills Desired:

  • Space Planning ability for corporate offices
  • Perspective hand sketching (bonus points if you know color marker art!)
  • Photoshop for retouching renderings; Illustrator for presentation preparation
