Interior Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (30K up + Bonus) (Ref030)

Our Client is an international design consultancy firm who specialize in retail projects for luxury brands. To cope with their business growth, our Client is seeking high caliber candidates to work across a number of international brands.

Job Duties: 

  • Follow up projects, with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers
  • Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
  • Partake in presentations and meetings to interpret design direction and requirements of projects
  • Closely coordinate with stakeholders, such as end users, internal team members, contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure the project is executed smoothly
  • Report project status to management and related parties
  • Assist in tender submission and contract administration
  • Provide technical solutions to projects
  • Site visit and follow up the progress of projects

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp is an advantage
  • Experience/ knowledge in Luxury brand retail project is highly regarded
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
