Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development of policies, procedures and risk-based audit plan for the Internal Audit function.
  • Conduct audit assignments on business operations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage audit processes, including planning, understanding of business processes, performing audit fieldwork, debriefing, reporting and following through of audit issues.
  • Identify and evaluate key risk and control issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments when required.
  • Required to travel occasionally.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, or other related discipline with CPA, CIA or CISA qualification. 
  • At least 5 years relevant experience gained from insurance / financial services industries.
  • Quick learner, hardworking and able to work independently and deal with different levels of management.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager.
