Internal Audit Officer/Assistant 內部審計主任/內部審計助理

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business risk and internal control review for major operating processes of the Headquarters and Business Units; assist in preparing audit report;
• Follow up ratification status of the identified audit matters;
• Assist in compiling internal control-related policies and procedures and ESG report;
• Handle ad hoc assignment by the department head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder of Accounting or equivalent, preferably in Chinese Enterprises;
• At least 3-year audit experience and knowledge in HK listing rules in Chinese Enterprises as an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skill with strong analytical mind, be self-initiative and independent and team work;
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English, proficient in Putonghua as a must;
• Proficient in MS Office application, data analysis, etc.;
• Occasional travel on job-by-job basis;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Internal Audit Assistant;
• Immediate available is preferred

工作職責 :

• 就總部層面主要運作流程及集團下屬經營單位，進行經營風險及內部控制檢視工作， 協助編制審計報告 （中文或英文）；
• 定期跟進審計問題的整改情況；
• 協助編寫相關內控管理制度及流程 以及 編寫集團之環境、社會及管治﹝ ESG ﹞報告 ；
• 處理部門主管的臨時任務。

工作要求 :

• 會計學或同等學歷，具有中國企業優先；
• 至少 3 年以上中國企業香港上市規則審計經驗和知識者優先；
• 具有較強的分析能力和溝通協調能力，能獨立完成工作任務及 團隊合作精神 ；
• 具有良好的中英文書寫及口能力；流利普通話者優先；
• 按工作需要出差內地；
• 經驗較少的候選人將被視為內部審計助理；
• 即上班的候選人優先。
