Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement operational procedures, internal control measures and monitoring plans to ensure the private banking business activities are fully in compliance with the regulations and the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Support IT system development to make sure the risk control, monitoring and management reporting systems are well in place.
  • Ensure business and operational issues can be identified and addressed in an effective and timely manner.
  • Perform day-to-day monitoring on business activities.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant experience in private banking and/or wealth management business.
  • In-depth knowledge of business operational processes of investment products.
  • Strong inter-personal skills to manage a good working relationship with counterparts while being able to deliver solutions/results.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
