International Assistant Sales Manager

To manage and direct the activities of a nominated group of international customers to achieve agreed-on levels of volume and value.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To continuously achieve business targets for the assigned accounts (Overseas / Macau / China) based on each year’s budget (Sales / Profits);
• To provide our customers the best & professional customer services in all aspects by understanding their needs, maximize business opportunities for assigned accounts;
• To implement and evaluate business process that can maximize the productivity of assigned accounts in the course of commercial business activity and supply chain activity;
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets and right new distribution channels;
• Manage closely the appointed distributors to meet and drive sales growth;
• Drive and develop initiatives to enhance brand awareness.

Job Duties

• Frequent travel to China and Macau;
• Regular contact with Overseas’ customers (at different time zone);
• To create and develop route-to-market strategy / coverage strategy;
• To continue explore new business opportunity (develop new customer at different countries);
• To handle order processing, payment collection, and logistical arrangements;
• To handle complaints (if any) / suggest improvement;
• New product development.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines;
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing. Relevant sound experience in export business with good relationship with key channels is an advantage;
• Strong selling & presentation skills;
• Aggressive, pro-active and able to work independently under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoints and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available preferred.
