Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Banking Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Meets customers to provide support on international account opening and  related banking services support 
  • Manages account opening referrals to phone channels
  • Maximise cross-border business opportunity from each customer interaction
  • Meets customers to provide international banking services
  • Conduct customer meetings on account opening.  Ensures quality of referrals with strict adherence to Group standards
  • Manages customer referrals to phone channel.  Certifies documents for customers
  • Delivers excellent level of customer service
  • Complies with all sales regulations and operation guidelines

  • University degree holder, fresh graudates and IANG holders are welcome
  • Proven frontline experience in customer serving at a financial institution
  • Experience in serving International or NRC customers would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skill and mind-set, with strong attention to detail
  • Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
  • Holder of relevant insurance licenses perferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese

  • 持有保险相关执照优先考虑
  • 必须掌握流利普通话、以及良好的英文及粤语读写能力
