Our client is a global publishing company with professional focus in the industry. With their international exposure and significant presence in Hong Kong, they have grew into a major publisher in their industry. They plan to further expand their export channel business and therefore are hiring a Business Development Manager to join their Channel Sales team.
The Business Development Manager will need to effectively explore and develop new worldwide export channels for the company. This role will need to analyse the market trend and formulate sales strategy plans accordingly. You will need to achieve sales target by implementing the business strategy plans and monitoring distributors' performance. This role will require a high level of co-ordination in terms of international trade and exports activities. You will be required to motivate and coach subordinates. Travelling will be required for this role.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management. Sales and business development experience is preferable. You must be familiar with export channels in publishing industry. You must be a self-initiative team player with strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required for this role.
