International Property Sales Manager (Shenzhen)

We are a fast growing multinational real estate investment firm based in Hong Kong. Our offices span from Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and mainland China. As a result of our expanding business and investment portfolio in major cities worldwide, we are now inviting an energetic and proactive people to join our Team.


Manages the sales and operations effort for a geographic market of the company. As part of the sales management team, develops company-wide sales philosophy and policies. Directs staff to attain company objectives. Sets sales objectives and goals to grow market in area of responsibility. Supports efforts of staff to promote sales of property and value-added services to existing and potential customers.



  1. Actively participate in the sales and encourage staff to use quality concepts and tools in all job responsibilities.
  2. Develop business plan including budget, sales goals and resources required for the market. Monitor progress toward goals during the course of the year and make necessary adjustments to reach objectives.
  3. Direct outside and inside sales effort, through staff, to ensure company objectives are met.
  4. Communicate company direction and objectives to staff. Present perspective from field to company headquarters staff and management. Ensures that company philosophies and policies are carried out.
  5. Develop sales strategies and tactics. Contact key customers as needed to establish and maintain strong relationships. Resolves high level issues with customers.
  6. Maintain relationships with suppliers to create effective strategies to market product lines.
  7. In concert with regional managers and company departments, devises plans and programs to develop staff members to highest level.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.



  1. Sales and profit margin goals are met or exceeded.
  2. Expenses remain at or below budgeted levels.
  3. Inventory assets are managed at expected levels.
  4. Opportunities to expand in market are developed.
  5. Staff members maintain highest skill and performance levels.
  6. Staff members have clear understanding of company philosophy and policies and work effectively to reach company objectives.
  7. Relationships with customers remain strong and proactive.



  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Two or more years of property sales experience with at least five years of sales management experience.
  3. In-depth knowledge of industry and customer base.
  4. Proven sales ability. Strong negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Work at Shenzhen.
