Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of all levels of vacancies from screening to on boarding logistics arrangement
  • Initiate and advise new ideas on building talent pool and effective recruitment channel
  • Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request


  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Exposure in international hiring and cross-border on boarding would be an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, work independently with tight deadlines
  • Well versed in MS office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, PPT
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a prerequisite. Proficient in Putonghua is also required.
