The Role and Responsibilities

  • Work under direction of the Operations Manager
  • Inventory Distribution
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Liaison with Australian Head Office
  • Eager to learn, patient & able to work under pressure

Inventory Control

  • Prepare Purchase Orders
  • Liaison and payment to key suppliers and factories
  • Receive stock and ensure that all orders are received within time from suppliers
  • Prepare stock reports and stock projections
  • Manage and conduct monthly & rolling stock-takes
  • Maintain an up to date web based catalogue of products
  • Review of competitor pricing and product ranging
  • Maintain an up to date web based catalogue of products
  • Attend trade fairs

Requirements

  • Experience in jewellery related products
  • Experience in purchasing with factories and managing inventory orders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Application including Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • High achiever with strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and a “CAN DO" attitude!
  • Great organisational skills
