Inventory Control Officer

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing services to Company’s Principals in regards of operational issues, enquiries, complaints, reports etc, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling of stock levels and inventory transactions for all Principals.
  • Ensure all inventory management information (price, quantity, item description, license expiration, etc) are up-to-date.
  • Be the contact point of Principals; liaise with their logistics/inventory departments, warehouse, forwarders and suppliers in regards of shipment in/out of ZP Distribution Center.
  • Handling of Principals’ requests on goods write-off. Make sure both Principals and operation teams are understanding the details without mistakes.
  • Participate the regular cycle-counts and annual stock-take.
  • Ready for other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holders with 2-3 years experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service. Industries in Pharmaceutical, trading or distribution are preferable.
  • Less experience will also be considered as Principal Service Executive.
  • Sensitive with figures and attentive to details.
  • Good organization, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
