Inventory Planning Manager

About the job:

  • Assist Department Head in managing overall inventory planning activities including sales forecasting, reviewing stock level and monitoring stock allocation etc. to ensure the team performance meets Company's KPIs
  • Act as a vocal point and work closely with internal teams, including trading, sales operations and distribution teams etc. to timely review stock level in store and warehouse in a healthy level
  • Monitor key suppliers and logistics service provider performance to maintain high service level and avoid OOS
  • Provide business analysis and risk assessment to improve team efficiency

What we look for?

  • University graduate in Supply Chain Management, Service Operations, Statistics or related discipline
  • At least 10 years’ working experience with 2 years in supervisory role, preferably in FMCG or retail industry
  • Attentive to details with good problem solving and analytical skills to address dynamic requirements
  • Self-driven, independent and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint, and analytical tools
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Inventory Planning Manager
