Investment Compliance Manager

  • University degree qualification (post graduate degree and/or a CFA
designation an advantage)- More than 5 years' experience in investment compliance that includes
  • Client service and Team management experience
  • Interpreting and articulating investment guidelines for a diverse
range of portfolios
  • Monitoring counterparty, issuer and collateral exposures
  • Proven knowledge of market leading compliance platforms
  • Understanding of investment compliance product and regulatory trends

Job Duties:
  • To become a product manager for investment compliance (mandate
monitoring) working in regional Investment Analytics team
  • To work in a dynamic, industry leading aalytics team with a client base
spread over 13 countries and service locations across the region
  • Must be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
to deliver valued solutions

  • As a key technical expert in the region, the responsibilities will
include engaging and managing a team of investment compliance
specialists and delivering on the objectives
- Product Strategy- Conduct periodic competitor / industry analysis to
identify product development opportunities and formulate a 3 year APAC
product roadmap
- Product Representation- Establish and maintain regular engagement
channels with global analytics product groups / owners and represent
as a product thought leader at industry / client events
  • Product Solutions-Keep APAC up to date with global product roadmaps
enhancements / development pipeline and collate APAC client demand
items to drive prioritization for your product
- Business Risk Assessment- Ensure optimal resource allocation and
assume ownership of product support model, including conducting
periodic assessment for improvement opportunities and minimising
potential adverse impacts on client experience
- Sales and New Business Support- Conduct product demonstrations
support RFPs and oversee client on-boarding to ensure successful
- Talent Management- Develop key talent and implement succession
