Executive Assistant

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years secretarial experience
  • Strong attentiveness to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of application software
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with SFC license will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred

Job Duties:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to top management
  • Help top management to prepare documents such as correspondences presentation material, reports and so on
  • Supervise and co-ordinate with other secretaries/ assistants to deliver the best support to their seniors
  • Prepare and attain Board and Management meetings
  • Support ad-hoc duties as required by top management or the company
