Fundamental ComponentsThe sales support role will work closely with the Hong Kong / Taiwan Sales team to assist them with sales-related requests/issues. Submission of Clients/Distributors-to-board applications, claim, billing, provide word processing support including spreadsheets, presentations, reports and other documents with a high degree of speed and accuracy. Respond professionally to telephone calls and emails. Assist in the upkeep of the case files. Strong emphasis on supporting and keeping management informed of areas where processes may be improved. Some degree of administrative support work.
